My Sabbatical Was Hard
I'm back from sabbatical and let me tell you, it was not what I hoped for.
I'm going to share all the details of my sickness, the unexpected lessons, what made me sob on the bathroom floor, and why now, it all seems so perfect, on my weekly show, Office Hours, on Instagram Live, this Wednesday, August 7th at 10am EST.
Join me and mark your calendar for the 7th at 10am EST as I share my unexpected summer and the resilience, acceptance and gratitude I adopted in the face of uncertainty and major disappointment. Don't worry, I'll share the meltdowns, too! There were plenty.
If you don't have IG, we'll post the replay here next week so you won't miss a thing.
If you've experienced life not going to plan, how have you handled it? With grace for yourself and everyone involved? Freaking out while feeling sorry for yourself? Both?
How we handle change and letting go of expectations are skills that all my clients develop during our coaching sessions.
If peace and contentment are what you want more of, rather than swimming in self-doubt and struggle, then it makes sense to develop your emotional tolerance for the hard shit.
As a society, we so deeply value developing our skills. Skills like persuasion, adaptability, negotiation and time management. Yet, in my opinion, there's no skill more valuable than emotional and relational intelligence. It's the foundation of our ability to pause, adapt, and thrive rather than getting spun around by our own emotional mess more than the circumstances themselves.
What I'm going to share about my summer, on Office Hours, will provide tools to support you in navigating change with more grace, especially change you didn't want or expect. This is MASSIVE because your relationship to uncertainty determines your ability to be successful in all the ways that matter to you.
Join me live on Office Hours on Instagram at 10am EST, and, if you'd like 1:1 support on navigating a change in your life, schedule a free coaching session with me this month. I'm getting pretty booked up and do have some spots open.
My goal in this session is to get right into the details of your change and develop at least one mindset strategy that will change the course of how you experience your situation for the better. This strategy will be one that you can use long after our session is over in all areas of your life. You deserve to be supported and I'm here to do just that after having coached hundreds of women across the globe to successfully navigate changes with ease and grace. Book your session today.
Keep being full of yourself and send me an email letting me know the best thing about your summer so far. I wanna hear all the awesome deets.
With Love,
Sarah x
