Being full of YOURself is important. Here's why.

a) It gives you the freedom to own your WHOLE story. It's no longer relevant to be demure and polite about your talents and strengths. What's awesome about shying away from your greatness? Nothing. Neither does it serve you to deny the stuff that feels like a struggle. Celebrating and sharing all parts of yourself creates peace, belonging and freedom.

b) It's really FUN liking who you are, respecting yourself and knowing yourself intimately. As someone who used to really struggle with overthinking, worrying, and putting a lot of pressure on myself to be perfect, fun feels like a breath of fresh air. It's now one of the guiding lights in how I spend my time. It's less about doing fun things, and more about giving room for the fun part of me to emerge. A good litmus test for me is a smile. I know that if I'm smiling, rather than putting on a stink face, I'm healing, changing and growing rather than getting stuck in my old, "too serious" patterns. A smile is a green flag; evidence that I'm CHOOSING fun.

c) We're redefining together what it means for women to thrive because we can't do it alone. Being full of yourself is audacious.

  • It's saying no to an opportunity because it's not the right fit when, previously, you would have said yes out of obligation or desperation.
  • It's saying, "I don't know," rather than pretending you do.
  • It's admitting to yourself and someone else that you're struggling, and you want help.
  • It's putting on a great dress and strutting.

Being full of yourself is so many things, and first and foremost it's for YOU. It's also for other women, too. When you know who you are and you emit that special quality that draws people to you, you let another woman know that it's possible for her, too. That's why we think of this as a movement!

Being full of yourself means feeling whole, having fun and being an example.

With Love,
